2.  Make sure your right hand is holding the working end,
              leaving approximately seven or eight inches of rope
              between the end and the position where you are hold-
              ing the rope.

            3.  With the working end in your right hand, cross it over the
              standing part that is on the left side of your body.  This is
              illustrated in figure 21b.

            4.  Bend your right wrist and with a twisting motion, go over
              the standing part and towards your belly button.  This is
              illustrated in figure 21c.
