Three friends Roy, Raza and Jasmine are playing cricket in the park with Roy’s bat.
They are all engrossed in the game. All of a sudden, Roy’s mother calls him.
Mother: (calling from outside the park) Roy! Come home. It is getting dark now;
you have to complete your homework.
Roy: I have to go, my mother is calling. Bye!
Roy rushes out of the park. Raza and Jasmine continue playing cricket for about
an hour after Roy leaves.
Raza: Let us also go home. I have to complete my homework.
Jasmine: Look! Roy has left his bat here. Shouldn’t we return it?
Raza: We will get late then. Let us return it later. I will carry it home.
Jasmine: (with a concerned look) But he has a cricket match tomorrow.
Raza: (with a thinking expression) Then, let us just leave it here. He will come
and pick it up.
