Jasmine: (with a surprised expression) Won’t somebody else take it away?

Raza: Nobody will take it away. There is nobody here. You can take it to his

home if you want.

Jasmine: I also have to rush back home as a guest is coming to my place today.

Raza: Then, let’s leave.

Raza leaves the bat on the grass and both of them walk away from it. There is a
silent pause. The bat lying on the grass gets up and starts speaking.

Bat: How could they leave me like that!

There is nobody here. Anyone can pick me up and take me along. How
irresponsible is that!

Neither Roy nor his friends showed any concern towards me. Roy can

be so careless with his things, at times. He forgets his water bottle at

school, leaves his shoes in the drawing room and piles up his clothes
on his bed. All his belongings are upset with him. Now look at what he

did to me! He will cry if he loses me. Mind you!
