Nedo: (in an arguing tone) We even requested you to let us have some. You
made us angry by building a scarecrow to scare us.
Other farmers also started saying that the crops were being damaged by the birds.
The birds were making their lives difficult.
Tolu: Farmers also cut trees and break our nests because they have to clear
forests to practise farming. Why do you forget that? You have destroyed
our homes. At least give us the right to eat in peace.
Nedo: (thoughtfully) I have an idea which will help us all end our fight. The
farmers can keep a few grains aside for the crows to eat when they are
hungry. On the other hand, crows should not hover over their farms all
the time and destroy or damage their crops.
Both the farmers and the crows agreed to this suggestion.
Tolu: (in a relaxed tone) All problems can be sorted out peacefully. Peace is
the key to harmony.
