In the story ‘The Poor Man’, you read about witty Birbal who taught
Emperor Akbar a lesson by cooking khichdi over a small fire. Do you
like to cook? If yes, what do you cook best? Tell in the class.

Let us learn how to make a sandwich!

You will need:

 four slices of bread
 butter/cheese slice

 sliced onion, cucumber and tomato
What to do:

 Lightly toast the bread slices.

 Use a butter knife to evenly spread butter on the slices. You can
also add a cheese slice.
 Put sliced cucumber on it.

 Next, put onion and tomato slices.
 Cover the vegetables with the other slice of bread.

 Repeat this process with the other two bread slices.

Your sandwich is ready! You can experiment with the sandwich by
adding a little pudina chutney to it. Enjoy your sandwich with a glass
of orange juice!
