  Pork Bone Broth = ¼ cup

                                                      1 Egg


                                                      Fried Shallots for Side Dish



               Methods                          STEP 1:

                                                      Heat the pan with a little oil.

                                                      Add minced garlic and stir until it turn to

                                                       golden brown.

                                                      Add pork, shrimp, and squid and stir fried

                                                       for 30 seconds.

                                                STEP 2:

                                                      Put the Hokkien noodles and pour the ¼-

                                                       cup of Hokkien sauce and ¼ cup of pork

                                                       broth.

                                                      Stir to combine

                                                      Cover with the lid and steam for about 30

                                                       seconds in medium heat to let the

                                                       noodles absorb the soup.

                                                      Add the Cantonese vegetable the mix in

                                                       a few seconds. Remove the pan and set

                                                       aside.


               To serve                         For side dish, put poached egg and fried

                                                shallots (or your prefer herbs and spices)
