PART 1: Hokkien Noodle Sauce (200ml)

               Contents                               brown sugar= 35.71


                                                      soy sauce = 17.86

                                                      black soy sauce = 17.86

                                                      black pepper power = 17.86

                                                      sesame oil = 10.71



               Procedure                              Mix all the ingredients in a saucepot.

                                                       Put the pot in the stove and boil it for 30

                                                       minutes.

                                                      Prepare a sterile glass container.

                                                      Pour the sauce in the glass container in

                                                       70 degrees Celsius.

                                                      Seal the container and place in a normal

                                                       temperature.

               PART 2: Phuket Fried Hokkien Noodles

               Main Ingredients                       Hokkien Noodles = 300 grams

                                                      Prawn = 200 grams

                                                       Squid = 200 grams


                                                      Pork = 100 grams

                                                      Cantonese Vegetable = 70grams

                                                      Minced Garlic = 1 Tbsp.

                                                      Soy Sauce = 2 Tbsp.

                                                      Black Soy Sauce = 1 Tbsp.

                                                      Oyster Sauce = 2 Tbsp.

                                                      White Sugar = 1 Tbsp.
