b. Falling Backwards (focus landing onto butt and rolling back while slapping
ground with forearms)
4) Standing Practice
a. Standing (face opponent while moving backwards and putting one leg under you
as you stand up)
b. Establishing stance (Just like kicking stance, place right leg in back and keep
hands up, but keep hands open (closed fists are aggressive and increase the
potential for a fight)
c. Explain vital points and how dangerous hitting them can be especially when
someone is holding you (nose, chest, groin, knees)

d. Punch defense: Peri and push (peri punches with both right and left hands, and
push shoulders)
e. Kicking defense: Side step and basic sparring practice
f. Waste tackle defense:
a. knee or front kick
b. walking back at same speed as attacker
c. pivot out of line of attack
g. Multiple attacker defense: keep attackers in a straight line avoid being surrounded
and aim for vital points
