RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of a Presenter include:

• Being knowledgeable about the content and discussion points on their show

• Working with their producer and production team to plan their show, decide on guests, and
create scripts, establish the sound of their program i.e. music choice, voiceovers, stings etc.

• Hosting their show, interviewing guests, playing music and pre-recorded content, reading
scripts and guiding panel discussion

• Panel operating their own show

• Keep the program running on schedule and stretching or speeding up discussion or monologue
when required

• Meet with producers and production team for an air-check i.e. review the program after the
show

• Remaining calm and positive when things may not go to plan in a live environment.
