                                    From the Vice President, Board Chair, and Executive Director%u2026Adina Conroy, Vice PresidentEsteemed Board and Members,In reflection of the past year, it has been a period of significant change and remarkable progress. In my capacity as Director, I took the initiative to lead an outreach program aimed at expanding our community of potential members. As I assume the role of Vice President and Chair of our Membership Committee, I am dedicated to advancing this ongoing effort. My unwavering dedication to this esteemed association is to assist our President by spearheading strategic initiatives, enhancing communication effectiveness, and actively contributing to the continued prosperity and expansion of our organization. Thank you to Bob Washington and TALI for hosting us at their great conference! Congratulations to our newly elected board members, and President Edward Ajaeb. The new board has fresh ideas and lots of energy. They've already hit the ground running in setting us up for a great year. NCISS%u2019s 2025 Hit the Hill event will be held March 24-27 in Washington D.C. I hope you consider joining us for this important and rewarding activity which is the core foundation of NCISS. Our mid-term board meeting will also be held at that time.
