Its been a wonderful conference, a great venue, and even better people. Bob Washington and his team at TALI made us feel welcomed and supported our mission.We made a lot of great connections and introduced many people to NCISS, getting the word out there on what we do and why legislative advocacy is so important to our profession. Our Casino Night membership drive was well attended and everyone had a fun time. We are already seeing several new members sign up as a result.The Annual Meeting was productive and successful with a clear mission forward. We have a fresh new Board, full of great ideas and ambition and the work ethic to set us up for a strong new year. Congratulations to our award recipients, Lisa Turley, Adina Conroy and posthumously Jim Zimmer. And again, thank you to our generous sponsors, who made it all possible.
