Please let me stand up for the members of NCISS although it’s not needed. Last night I had a crisis with a client who saw
her two children in a vehicle in Chicago. She did not know the vehicle or the person and was not able to contact her
children. She got a photo of the plate but it was partially obscured. Being from CA I put out a POST in the membership
ListServ and within 2 minutes has colleagues from Illinois and surrounding state assisting me. Through various
techniques the team working purely in emails, identified the obscured plate to be from Indiana. Long story short,
nothing is more rewarding that colleague will to work together. A big thanks goes out to Kim Ridding and others that
brought great results in a crisis situation to our client.
