Open enrollment dates Nov. 8, 2021 – Nov. 22, 2021

Benefit effective dates Jan. 1, 2022 – Dec. 31, 2022

ALL full-time and ACA (health insurance) eligible employees are required to log into
UKG Pro (UltiPro) and elect or decline benefits for 2022.

This is required even if you do not want to make changes to your current benefit elections. If you do
not make your elections in UKG Pro, you will not be enrolled in benefits for 2022.

This brochure includes a summary of the benefits and enrollment process for 2022. Please take time
to thoroughly read and explore the options. At GESMN, we value our employees and are committed

• HR portal on Insider - available with a GESMN email or logged into the store discovery center.

• UKG Pro - all employees can access via internet browser.
