        Open enrollment process

        Online open enrollment process, November 8 – November 22

        • Employees must actively select and enroll in their 2022 benefits. No benefits will carry over
           to 2022 if employees do not make an active election during this process.

        • Employees are eligible to change or add coverage, change types of plans and remove or add

           eligible dependents.

        • Log in to UKG Pro to access the enrollment process.

                  • Your login username is GESMxxxxxxxxx (your employee number)

                  • If you are unable to access the system, please use the password reset button (will
                     reset to your date of birth mmddyyyy) OR email hr@gesmn.org.

                  • Once logged in, follow:  Menu > Myself > Open Enrollment.

                      • Key Tips

                            – Update your beneficiary contacts for your life insurance (if eligible).

                            – Click “read more” on each benefit to access a brief summary and
                               detailed summaries.

                            – When finished, click “submit” to save your benefit selections. Enrollments
                               that are not submitted will not be processed.

                      • Contact hr@gesmn.org or call 866-832-4557 with questions.



        Eligible dependents


        • Only the following are considered eligible to be covered as dependents on your GESMN
           plans. Note: proof of eligibility may be required and will be verified by a third party vendor
           BMI.

                  • Legal spouse

                  • Qualified domestic partner (affidavit must be completed for domestic partners)

                  • Dependent children up to age 26

                  • Dependent children over the age 26 provided they meet the criteria outlined as
                     disabled
