Email Templates

Use the Send Email button in your Coverage Report to send an email promoting your yearbook, ReplayIt and ads.

1. CREATE A PROMOTIONAL EMAIL
• In field one choose Yearbooks from the drop-
down menu.
• In field two choose the Selected Offering.
• In field three choose the offer end date.
• In field four enter your school’s name exactly
as you want it to appear in the email and
subject line.
• Click on the Next button and you will see a
preview of various email designs you can
choose from.
• Choose a design and click the Next button.

2. EMAIL ADDRESS OPTIONS
• Enter them manually.
• Copy and paste them from a list.
• Click on the Address Book link to select
addresses from the list you uploaded.

3. SEND YOUR EMAIL
After reviewing your email, click on the Send
button to send it.
