Grape Variety – Moscatel and Gewürztraminer

Tasting note – Brilliant pale straw yellow. Fragrant, floral (orange
blossom), with delicate nuances of exotic fruit (cherimoya) and a note
of apple jam. Smooth and exquisitely luscious on the palate, leaving a
subtle honeyed trace.

Grape Variety – Chardonnay and Parellada
Tasting note – Pale, brilliant golden colour. Floral (honeysuckle) with vegetable

and fruit notes (pineapple, peach). Intense in the mouth, full bodied
and spicy (vanilla), revealing its time in oak.

Grape Variety – Mediterranean varieties, particularly Garnacha and
Cariñena

Tasting notes – Deep cherry red. Rich aroma of dark berries (wild
blackberries) with ripe (dried plums) and toasted (roasted coffee)
notes. An intense, warm, succulent palate with an echo of licorice on
the finish.

Grape Variety – Tinto Fino (Tempranillo)
Tasting notes – Dark cherry red with intense garnet
highlights. Aromas of black fruit (wild blackberries,
blueberries) and delicate toasted notes (coffee) with nicely

oak-aged undertones. Serious and warm with very fine,
juicy, velvety tannins.

Tasting notes – Opaque cherry red wine. Fruity (jammy
strawberry and raspberry) with lovely spicy (black pepper)
and balsamic notes. Intense, deep, with very ripe, velvety
tannins from aging in wood (toasted oak).
