97% Sauvignon Blanc, 3% Semillion

This full bodied Sauvignon Blanc based blend offers a
variation of fruit characters including ripe gooseberry,
green peppers, green melon and hints of tropical fruit.

Sauvignon Blanc

The wine has a pale lemon yellow colour and a bouquet
reminiscent of green figs with hints of gooseberries and an
intrusion of green peppers. The wine is dry, full bodied
and has a long lingering finish.

Caberent Sauvignon/ Merlot

Bright, stylish aromas of cassis, plums and pencil
lead give way to a complex, structured palate that
marries ripe fruit with mineral nuance, with a
well-tuned, fragrant finish.
