                                     1  vintage was produced in 1969
                                     Vinification – 7 days of malolactic fermentation in stainless
                                     steel vats followed by 6 months of aging in used oak barrels

                                     Tasting note & food pairing – Intense colour, cardinal red.
                                     Resolute bouquet with trace scents of ripe plum and an

                                     undercurrent of mixed spices. A wine suited to refined meats
                                     and aged cheeses.

                                                          st
                                                         1  vintage was produced in 1969
                   Vinification – 7 days of malolactic fermentation in stainless steel
                 vats followed by 1 year in oak barrels and an additional 6 months
                                                             in bottle before release.


                         Tasting note & food pairing – Fine, delicate and persistent
                     bouquet with traces of strawberry & raspberry, lots of finesse
                      and very delicate aromas. A wine suited to grilled red meats,

                                                 game, ‘grande cuisine’ white meat.

                                     100% Nebbiolo

                                      st
                                     1  vintage was produced in 1965
                                     Vinification – 7 – 10 days malolactic fermentation in oak
                                     barrels, followed by 2 years in oak barrels of 25 -50hl and a

                                     further 1 year in bottle before release.

                                     Tasting notes and food pairing – A bouquet with traces of
                                     liquorice and tobacco full flavoured, full bodied and elegant.
                                     A wine suitable for long aging, Barolo is the absolute master

                                     of the table. A wine suited to grilled red meats, game,
                                     ‘grande cuisine’ white meat.
