To produce this unique Amarone, Masi combines ancient varieties (Corvina,
Rondinella and Molinara) and winemaking methods (vinifying grapes semi-dried
on racks for 3-4 months) with the latest techniques: bamboo racks in
temperature- and humidity-controlled conditions induce natural drying;
selective exposure to botrytis cinerea ( noble rot ) and a
strictly-controlled fermentations.

In Tupungato, Masi combines its refined double fermentation technique
with the outstanding terroir of the Uco Valley in Argentina. Masi s specialty

percentage of lightly-dried Corvina grapes. Malbec grapes are gently pressed
and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in French oak
barriques and a period in bottle.
Ripe red fruit mixed with fresh and spicy aromas. Long and dry on the finish.
Levarie Soave Classico
This classic Italian white is world famous for its delicate flavour and aromas. A

(Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave).
The vineyards are located in Monteforte d'Alpone, a commune in the historic
Soave Classico zone, soil here has a deep and loose-texture, with large areas of
basalt and volcanic rock.
