Villa Cardini - Bardolino
Vinification : Traditional red wine vinification at controlled
temperatures between 23° and 26° C.
Colour : Light ruby colour.
Nose : Notes of black pepper and marasca cherry.
Palate : Fresh taste, with plum notes.
Villa Cardini - Chianti
Origin : Provinces of Siena, Florence, Pisa, Pistoia, Arezzo.
: The must is left on the skins for 6-8 days, in
order to extract colour. It is then placed in special tanks where
fermentation is completed in 8- 10 days at 18°-20°C.
Nose : Vinous bouquet with a fragrance of violets.
Palate : Harmonious, dry and savoury flavour, with slight tannins.
Villa Cardini - Sangiovese
: The sun-ripened grapes are harvested when
perfectly mature. Maceration happens to obtain the variety aromas.
The wine is matured in stainless steel vats to preserve its fruitiness.
: Delicate aromatic berry flavours and refined plum notes.
: Balanced texture, extremely harmonious balance between fruit
and tannins.
Villa Cardini – Nero d’Avola
: Harvesting of the fully ripe, sun- pampered grapes.
Destemming followed by mash fermentation.
Nose : Aromas of blackberries and plums.
: Full-bodied, rich, multilayered, well- structured, velvety and
harmonious wine, with a long finish.
