The reactors are fed continuously at a constant rate through the device.
The selection of the reactor depends on the valves.
Stirring ensures the homogeneity of the reaction medium.
Conductivity sensors are used to monitor the concentration tracer over time and
to determine the distribution of the residence time.
The tracer is injected using a syringe.
The measurement of the conductivity of the reaction medium allows to follow the
evolution of the saponification and to calculate the rate of conversion of ethyl
acetate.
