The ideal teacher the school needs

The ideal teacher that Mondeor High School needs is that will include teach the learners

21 century school. In order to teach a child you have to think like a child meaning the
teacher will have to research about her learners what they like for example,music

movies and fashion so that he or she can incorporate that in their lesson pplanning and
presentation. The learners are going through adolescent stage. The school already up

holds a very strict system so the teacher needs to be less strict and try and be a

democratic. The teacher can be democratic by allowing learners to express their views
in class and slos come up with ideas of how the think things can be done at the school.

To be an ideal teacher I should work on my inclusion of technology into my teaching

practice. Artificial Intelligence has become paramount to education because we are
moving into the 4th industrial revolution. As a teacher I have to make my learners that

its no longer about just creating machines but creating machines that make the life of

human beings easier and give us more time to bond as human beings and ultimately
prolong life expectancy of human being.

As an ideal teacher I need to make my learners aware that the 4 industrial revolution
requires them to be creative because the basic have been created, like stoves, cars and
tools used in the medical industry. They would need to be creative and create things like

cars that drive themselves, artificial human organs just to name a few. It all begins in
the classroom when I the teacher inspire change and innovation.
