Conclusion

To conclude I think Communication is paramount to the existence of and ideal teacher.
Communication is tied in with sharing ideas, questions, thoughts, and arrangements. In

this technological age, it's a lot simpler and, simultaneously, harder to communicate .
Technology has furnished us with progressively helpful approaches to communicate,

however once in a while the different ways can end up overwhelming . Likewise, the

correspondence can turn out to be more about the tech being utilized than the message
you're attempting to send.

Without successful correspondence, there's no real way to complete anything inside the

classroom or anyplace, which is the reason this is a fundamental 21st Century. When
teaching the learners communication the teacher also has to teach them responsibility

or responsible behavior. Teachers therefore need to handle the teenagers with great

care and consideration for their emotional disposition.

Learners are by nature inquisitive and curious, as such the school should forster such

qualities in learners. Mondeor high is a well resourced school that allows for exploration

and innovation by the learners. These are some of the prerequisites of successful
teaching and learning, this aspect is reflected in the high pass rate.

Studies have shown that learners are more receptive to teachers who are firm but fair.
Disciplinary issues are better handled by such teachers and they have better classroom

control as opposed to biased teachers who foment disharmony and disorder at a

school. JJ Rousseau illustrated the emotional turmoil of teenagers as the raging storm
which needs to be handled with great care. “ Like roaring of waves preceding the

tempest, so the murmur of rising passions announces the tumultuous change. Keep

your hand upon the helmet,’he advised parents’ or all is lost (Rousseau, 1962:172-173).
This metaphor depicts a period of human life where anxiety and stress are dominant

and as such the affected individual needs to be supported and understood. The teacher

will then need to be a carer and nurturer in order to be able to cater for those learners
need. An Ideal is an all rounder,a friend, a cheerleader, a philosopher, carer, a nurturer, a

researcher and in Short a Magician.
