• Grab your medium size ( preferably ) nonstick skillet. Add 1 tbsp olive oil.
Dipping Sauce
• Once the pan is hot, cook the salmon bites evenly on all four sides, it takes about a minute for each side
to brown, as you see in the photo.
• Once all four corners are browned, set aside for cooling, and start to put back your long toothpicks in
the holes you already created and set them aside on your serving plate. Ing edients
• Blender or food processor.
Ho ey Cilant o Lime • 2 tbsp honey.
• One bunch of cilantro stems included.
• Six garlic cloves.
Dipping Sauce • Two limes.
• 1 - 3 tbsp olive oil.
• 1 tbsp white vinegar.
•Get your food processor or blender.

Tips & Tricks
• If your sauce is too thick, add some water to loosen the

• If you want it sweeter, add more honey.
• If you want a healthier option for the creamy texture,
use greek yogurt, minimal taste and is great for a base.
• If you need more sauce, double up on the ingredients.
