Demonstratives

I can recognize and usedemonstrative adjectives and pronouns.

This and these indicate nouns that are near us. Demonstrative adjective + noun

We can use this, that, these and those with a
noun.

That and those indicate nouns that are far from us. Demonstrative pronoun + no noun

We can use this, that, these and those without a
nounwhen the idea of the noun is clear to the
listener or reader.
