Appendix A ‐ ASA Licenced Meets

Description These are the highest grade of Open Meet designed for swimmers of at least Regional level but in general, National Standard and above. Most L1 meets are held in a 50m pool. These Meets have ‘lower qualifying times’ and sometimes ‘upper qualifying times’ although this is usually much faster than a national qualifying time and therefore not normally a restriction to entry.
