Gratitude: The Realistic Essence

Remember when the world felt like a canvas of infinite possibilities? As a child, you ex-
perienced life with a child like wonder, finding magic in the simplest things. The loss of a tooth
was a momentous occasion, promising a visit from the Tooth Fairy. Reindeers soared through
the sky, fairies danced in gardens, pets were cherished companions, toys possessed personali-

ties, dreams were realized and the stars seemed within reach.

As you cultivate a habit of gratitude, you’ll gain profound insight into life’s challeng-
                                                                                                   Tanya

making every moment a cherished experience. Obstacles, once that seem daunting, become
stepping stones on your journey towards fulfilment. A fundamental truth is that ingratitude hinders the flow of
abundance. It obstructs the cosmic currents of prosperity, preventing the manifestation of your desires.

Challenges in relationships, financial difficulties, health issues or career setbacks often stem from a chronic
lack of gratitude. When we fail to appreciate the blessings in our lives, we take them for granted. Just as expressing
gratitude to others can lead to an increase in our own fortunes, taking life’s blessings for granted can have the op-
posite effect, diminishing our well-being. To experience the most magical day of your life, consider expressing grati-

tude for your plans before they unfold. Visualize your day’s events and express gratitude for their positive outcome.
By expressing thanks for your day’s events beforehand, you harness the power of the law of attraction.

However, the magic of gratitude can fade if we become 100 absorbed in life’s demands and neglect its

practice. I use the vibrant energy in my life as a barometer, indicating whether my gratitude practices are sufficient
or require more attention. I carefully observe my life and if I notice a decline in happiness, I immediately intensify
my gratitude exercises. Similarly, if minor challenges arise in a specific area, I promptly increase my gratitude prac-
tices in that domain. We should no longer allow false appearances to cloud your judgment. Instead, actively seek

the positive aspects of every situation, confident that they exist. And, as if by
magic, the unwanted elements fade away like smoke.
