SOFT SERVE/SHAKE MACHINE
Remove mixing containers, trays, glasses, Clean exterior surface and panel bottom
spoons, etc. and thoroughly clean and ( soda splash area) with Multi-Purpose
sanitize using the Pot and Pan Machine or Cleaner and wipe with clean cloth. Use
Manual cleaning procedures. Stainless Steel Cleaner and a clean,
soft cloth to shine stainless steel, brass or
chrome surfaces, if needed.
To Clean: Prepare Specialty Manual Spray exterior food contact surface area
Detergent solution as specified by the with Food Surface Sanitizer. Allow to sit
product label. Place solution into machine. per time specified by product label. Allow
Allow to soak for at least 5 minutes. Drain to air dry. Reinstall mixing containers,
solution and rinse with fresh water. trays, etc.
To Sanitize: Repeat Step 2 with Food
Surface Sanitizer and allow to soak for time
specified by the product label. DO NOT
RINSE after this step.
