                                    WHAT MAKES A GREAT TEAM?

                                     By Wes McClure
When trying to achieve major goals in my life, I have learned one important lesson.
I am seldom successful without a plan, and other dedicated people to help me.

Being a huge basketball fan, I looked at the season the Suns and the Jazz had this
last year. Two of the best teams in the NBA. Both teams had great individual
players like Chris Paul, Devin Booker, Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert. All great
players who could probably contend for League MVP each year.

But there are some super teams in the NBA with multiple superstars that look like
they should never lose a game on paper. Yet the Jazz and the Suns where the
Number 1 and 2 seeds in the NBA playoffs.

So “What makes a great team?” The players on these two teams never put their
own success before the team. They stuck to the game plan, never slacked off, even
if it was tough on them personally. The teams are built with the diversity needed to
                                     be successful in all situations.

I am convinced we have a great team here at Wilson Electric Services Corporation
as well. We have superstars all across our company. We are built with the diversity
needed to be successful in any market condition. From our large electrical
capabilities to our service departments and everything in between.

There is no other company, I know of, that can perform multiple jobs in the
wastewater and industrial markets while successfully completing the region's
largest and most complex electrical projects. Our multiple low voltage offerings
through NETSIAN, give us an edge in every situation. Our in office and pre-
construction personnel, are the best in the business. We are also geographically
diverse in our abilities with offices across Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and now Idaho.

But our greatest asset, as in the NBA, is our players. You can have the best game plan, greatest coaching, and best
arena, but without the players to buy in and perform, you are destined to fail. Our employees continue to put the
team's needs ahead of their own, and go the extra mile to get the job done. Whether that includes overtime, travel
to other jobs in our regions, or just never slacking off on the job. When you see the success shown with the increase
in our stock price and 20 years of #1 in Ranking Arizona, you know we are getting it done.

As with the Suns and the Jazz, the opportunities to excel and rise to another level are endless. We can always
    improve in everything we do.

I think we can all be proud of the quality of our product and be proud to say, “We are part of a great team.”
Remember to stay vigilant and safe out there.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Continued...
