company? Are you working safe, eliminating rework, using teledoc and
Evolution to help reduce healthcare costs, looking for ways to save money
and reduce expenses? All of these things can affect the bottom line.
Owners act with the company's interest at heart because they have skin in
the game. As employee-owners we all take personal responsibility for
keeping our costs low, innovation high and profits growing, because as
owners when the company does well, we do well.
HOW MUCH OF THE “GREEN” IS REALLY PROFIT?
Project Management

Every dollar saved through cost reduction is far more valuable than the dollars that come from sales.
A sales dollar is reduced by other costs, actual expenses of the service provided (labor & material),
administrative, sales costs, overhead, etc. and after these expenses, net profit is all that remains. For
example, if you sell a $100 of services at a net profit of 5%, that $100 sale will eventually put five dollars
in your pocket. On the other hand, if you save $100 the entire amount goes straight to the bottom line.
