            最为著名。酿萝卜钱采用与鲜肉搭配清蒸的烹饪技法,最大限度地保留了萝卜的鲜甜滋味,
            是五华家喻户晓的传统菜肴之一。

            ■ Dish Story
            The preparation of dried radish slices involves a short drying process, preserving their high mois-
            ture content and thin, delicate slices, which retain a unique natural flavor. Among all, those pro-
            duced in Meilin Town are the most reknowned. Stuffed radish coins are made using a steaming
            technique that pairs the radish slices with fresh meat, ensuring the radishes’ natural sweet flavour
            is preserved. This dish is one of the most well-known traditional dishes in Wuhua.
