           ■ 名菜故事:
           南薯粉丝是用芭蕉芋粉制成的。梅县称其为高凉粉,扣感类似红薯粉条。相传在民国时期,为
           了让深夜归家的游子能吃上一口热腾腾的饭菜,聪明的横陂人发明了“一锅熟”这种菜肴。即
           在做晚饭时,将各种食材都预留一些,等亲人回家后,全部倒入铁锅中混合翻炒而成。

           ■ Dish Story
           Nanshu Vermicelli is made from the starch of the plantain yam (bā jiāo yù). In Meixian, it is known as
           gāo liáng fěn and is similar to sweet potato vermicelli. During the Republic of China era, residents of
           Héng Bēi ingeniously created a dish called “One Pot Meal” to ensure family members returning home
           late at night could still enjoy a warm meal. During dinner preparation a portion of various ingredients
           from dinner were reserved. When the family members returned home, all the ingredients were tossed
           in to and iron pot to stir-fry together.
