            在最后加入,才能保持汤色红润鲜亮。长时间的炖制会使到汤汁变得黯淡发黄,影响其美
            观。

            Red mushrooms are a natural ingredient from Jiaoling, renowned as one of the world’s longevity
            hometowns. The red mushrooms from Shizhai are particularly famous. When freshly harvested,
            these red mushrooms are tender and delicious when cooked or stewed, the soup is in bright red
            and deeply flavorful. The water in which the red mushrooms were soaked is added at the end of
            cooking to ensure that the soup maintains its vibrant color. Overcooking may cause it to darken or
            turn yellow, affecting the appearance.
