五香鸭









            Five-Spice Duck



            ■ 主料                                               ■ Main Ingredient
            农家番鸭            一只(约4000克)                         1 farm-raised Muscovy duck (about 4000 grams)

            五香粉                      100克                      100 grams five-spice powder
            食盐                       100克                      100 grams salt


            ■ 制作流程                                             ■ Method
