            娘酒焗鸡是近年来在梅城流行的明星菜肴,是客家传统娘酒煮鸡的干身版,也借鉴了三杯鸡
            的制作手法。在满月喜宴上,象征吉祥的  “娘酒鸡”  正逐渐被“娘酒焗鸡”取代,成为新
            的意头菜,也借鉴了三杯鸡的制作手法。

            ■ Dish Story
            Braised Chicken with Hakka glutinous rice wine has become a popular dish in Meicheng in recent
            years. It is a dry version of the traditional Hakka glutinous rice wine chicken, inspired by the tech-
            nique in preparing three-cup chicken. At full moon celebrations for babies and festive banquets,
            this dish is gradually replacing the traditional glutinous rice wine chicken.
