            客家人素有“不蒸甜粄不过年”的说法,寓意生活甜甜蜜蜜、团圆美满。甜粄是新年的传统
            美食,常作为礼品馈赠亲友。甜粄不仅可以蒸制,也可以煎至两面焦黄成“麻皮”状来食
            用。


            ■ Dish Story
            There is a Hakka saying, “no Chinese New Year without steaming sweet rice cakes”, symbolizing
            sweetness in life and family unity. These cakes are often gifted to friends and relatives as a token
            of well wishes. Sweet rice cakes can be enjoyed not only steamed but can also be pan-fried until
            both sides are golden brown and crispy, offering a delightful treat.
