            萝卜钱的晾晒制作时间短,水分充足,切片薄,具有独特的自然风味,其中以梅林镇出产的
            最为著名。酿萝卜钱采用与鲜肉搭配清蒸的烹饪技法,最大限度地保留了萝卜的鲜甜滋味,
            是五华家喻户晓的传统菜肴之一。

            ■ Dish Story
            The preparation of dried radish slices involves a short drying process, preserving their high mois-
            ture content. The thin delicate slices retain a unique natural flavor. Among all, those produced in
            Meilin Town are the most renowned. Stuffed radish coins are made by using steaming technique
            that pairs the radish slices with fresh meat, ensuring the natural sweet flavour of radish is pre-
            served. This dish is one of the most well-known traditional dishes in Wuhua.
