            在蕉岭,过年期间,几乎每家每户都会制作囤鸭(冬笋焖番鸭),且是一大煲,可以吃上好
            几天。经过多次加热,味道越是醇厚,是一道年节大菜。蕉岭盛产冬笋,也有不少家庭采用
            笋干来制作。

            ■ Dish Story
            In Jiaoling, during Chinese New Year, almost every household makes braised duck with bamboo
            shoots in a large pot, which can be enjoyed over several days. The more the dish is reheated, the
            richer the flavour becomes, making it a beloved part of the new year festivities. Jiaoling is abundant
            of winter bamboo shoots and many families often use dried bamboo shoots for this dish.
