                               Kongorikishi




                               ⾦刚⼒⼠




                               Kongorikishi                         are           two             enraged,

                               muscular  guardians  of  the  Buddha


                               standing  at  the  entrance  of  many


                               temples  and  are  seen  only  in  the

                               Buddhist  temple  that  follows  East


                               Asian  Buddhism.  It  is  believed  that

                               the  Bodhisattvas,  Kongorikishi  are


                               Dharmapala  manifestations  of  the

                               Bodhisattva  Vajrapani,  the  oldest


                               and             most              powerful                    Mahayana

                               Buddhist deity.




                               ⾦刚⼒⼠,佛教护法神,传说中是天界的


                               守卫,是佛法与僧侣的守护神,他们⼿执

                               ⾦刚杵,即执⾦刚神、⾦刚⼿或密迹⾦


                               刚。在佛教典籍中「⾦刚」是个护法神的
