Seeking comfort?
Humans avoid, don’t like and run away from being stressful,
painful and uncomfortable. When we choose comfort

over practice of striving with diligence, we become a
prisoner to our comfort. The 5 Hindrances* set in.
Buddhist are meant to be free but not without
Understanding the Buddha Dhamma, Realise it and Liberate
ourself out of samsara . Freedom comes from being truly and
morally a true human of Buddhist principles, all you can be
and courageous enough to live fully within the
                             Charter of Free Enquiry.**
The Buddha lists out the criteria by which any sensible

person can decide which teachings to accept as true.

                               Gautama Buddha says:

Do not blindly believe religious teachings, he tells the
Kalamas, just because they are claimed to be true,
or even through the application of various methods or
techniques. Direct knowledge grounded in one’s own
experience can be called upon. He advises that the words of
the wise should be heeded and taken into account.
He proposes not a passive acceptance but, rather, constant

questioning and personal testing to identify those truths
which verifiably reduce one’s own stress or misery

Those challenging obstacles will become the doorway to
liberation when you realise them despite your discomfort.

With UNDERSTANDING clearly, one grasps to see the reality
through practice, to bring vividly to the mind – that is
REALISATION – of the path of the eight habits.
