Hygienic Practices, Food Service Uniform or Apron








                                           Clothing            Jewellery                Hair             Hands/Nails             Gloves












           ➢ Crewmembers must always report on duty wearing their appropriate uniform!

           ➢ Crew working in a food handling area should wear suitable, clean, light-colored

                 clothing.




           Protective clothing or uniforms must be:




                  ➢ clean always and be changed as soon as they get dirty.

                  ➢ washed at a minimum of 60°C (140°F) and then air dried at 76°C (169°F) or

                        above.

                  ➢ suitable for the work being carried out.
