Hygienic Practices, Hair Restraints

            ➢ Crew working in food handling areas, should cover their head with a

                 disposable paper hat or hair net, to prevent any hair or sweat from falling

                 into food.

            ➢ Long hair should be restrained within a hair covering.

            ➢ Facial hair such as beards, should be covered with a snood.

            ➢ This does not apply to food employees such as counter staff who serve

                 only beverages and wrapped or packaged foods, hostesses, and wait

                 staff if they present a minimal risk for contaminating exposed food
