Clothing Jewellery Hair Hands/Nails Gloves
➢ Crewmembers' hands must always be clean!
➢ Crewmembers must not wear scented lotion on their hands, as it clings to
crockery, glassware as well as food.
➢ Fingernails must be kept short and clean.
