Bacteria and viruses
➢ Bacteria and viruses can live on
surfaces outside the body and remain
infectious.
➢ Sometimes, this can be for a
surprisingly long time. Therefore, it’s
imperative that all surfaces that come
into contact with guests are
thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to
avoid passing on illnesses or causing
them.
