                                       Routes of administration of volatile oils
              1- Inhalation (Jasmonate as tranquilizer, Lavender (Linalool) desrease postmenopausal
              symptoms).

              2- Applying to the skin (rubbing or in creams) Anti-pathogenic or counter irritant and
              rubefacient as mentha, lemongrass oil, tea tree oil and Eucalyptus oil.

              3- Mouth washes… fragrance and antibacterial

              4- Orally (as garlic essential oils lower the serum cholesterol)

              Oral administration of a combination of essential oils including cinnamon, cumin, oregano
              (Marjoram), fennel besides others was able to enhance insulin sensitivity in type II diabetes.
