Dental coverage is also through UnitedHealthcare.
Preventative cleanings are covered at 100%. The plan pays
80% towards basic care and 50% towards major care, after a
$50 deductible. The annual maximum is $2,000. Orthodontia
benefits are also available for eligible children.

Employees and spouses can earn wellness incentives that reduce their medical premium.
These can be earned by being tobacco-free, by completing a biometric screening and a
health assessment, and by participating in the wellness program.
