Work/Life Balance*



              Holiday Pay
              Texas  Mutual  provides  nine  paid  holidays  each  year  which  include  two  paid  holidays  for
              Thanksgiving and for Christmas.


              Vacation Leave

              Employees begin accruing vacation time immediately upon hire. The annual accrual and the
              maximum carry over is based on years of service as shown below.

              Personal Leave
              Employees accrue eight hours of personal leave on January 1 and July 1 annually, to be

              used by the calendar year end.

              Sick Leave

              Employees receive twelve sick days per year, which begin accruing immediately upon hire.
              Employees can also convert unused sick leave to vacation leave at the end of the year at a
              ratio of 2 sick hours to 1 vacation hour.


              Free Counseling Services

              Texas  Mutual  also  provides  a  free  resource  to  employees  who
              need  assistance  with  any  issue  affecting  their  work/life  balance
              and/or  their  qualify  of  life.  The  benefit  includes  confidential
              counseling and referral services which are free to employees, their
              spouse, their dependents and household members.


              *Holiday pay and paid leave is prorated for part-time employees.
