Snooze Employee assistance program (EAP)
All Snoozers and members of their household are eligible to participate in our EAP,
administered by MINES and Associates. The staff of MINES includes doctoral level licensed
psychologists, and licensed counselors and social workers, as well as a variety of legal,
financial, and wellness professionals:
Our robust EAP program offers
Counseling Services
6 free and confidential counseling sessions per individual, per event, per year, with
licensed professionals. When calling in for a referral, you can choose to schedule
either a face to face or telephonic session.
These sessions can address such issues as stress, anxiety, depression, family
issues, relationship issues, substance abuse, financial issues, etc.
Online Resources
Mines offers a variety of online articles, interactive online training, wellness self-
assessments, and videos.
Legal/Financial Resources
Snoozers and members of their household are entitled to in office or telephonic
consultations with a network attorney. There are also financial counselors
available. Other resources include tax consultation and preparation, and “Do-it-
Yourself” legal forms and document preparation.
Work/Life Services
MINES offers unlimited specialized work/life services that provide information,
research, and referrals for childcare, eldercare, and other convenience services.
Wellness Coaching
All Snoozers and household members can utilize up to 4 sessions per year to access
free and confidential telephonic coaching sessions with a certified wellness coach to
help reach individual wellness goals.
