CLEANING ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

1. Only use alcohol-based cleaner on electronic

equipment; do not use peroxide or quat

sanitizer.

2. Use pre-moistened alcohol wipes or spray

solution per manufacturer recommendations.

3. If using a spray solution, do not spray

directly onto the equipment. Spray onto a

soft cloth (microfiber), then wipe the

equipment. Be sure the cloth is damp – not

soaked.

4. Do NOT attempt to clean the inside of the

equipment or the credit card slots of the POS

terminals and PaT units.
