Focused Responsibility

The Safety Dancer’s sole responsibility is to keep the restaurant clean & tidy throughout the shift

Uniform

Safety Dancers are to follow FOH “uniform” guidelines

Every 15 Minutes

In continuous rotation, all of the following are cleaned & sanitized every 15 minutes:

HOH FOH Restrooms

 High-volume workstations,  Togo Staging Area  Door handles

including the Expo board  Doorknobs/handles (front/back doors)  Faucet handles and soap
 KDS Bump Bar  ALL iPads dispensers

 blue2 thermometer  POS computer screens  Toilet Handles

 All KDS screens  Phones  Changing table

 Cooler & oven handles, all HOH  Soda guns  Stall doors
 Walk-in door  Host stand

 Swing doors between FOH and  Espresso machine steam knob (valve) “Restroom-only” towels/tools are
to be used (don’t use the same
HOH  Cooler handles, all FOH towels as used in dining room.)
 All sink handles and soap  All sink handles and soap dispensers
