                Focused Responsibility

                    The Safety Dancer’s sole responsibility is to keep the restaurant clean & tidy throughout the shift


                Uniform


                    Safety Dancers are to follow FOH “uniform” guidelines


                Every 15 Minutes


                    In continuous rotation, all of the following are cleaned & sanitized every 15 minutes:
